The living room shares an open floor plan with the kitchen and together they form a social space. It’s been furnished with a sofa and a TV unit on the opposite wall and adjacent to this space there’s also a dining table. It’s an area for socialization and interaction. Even though it’s not a very spacious area, the high ceilings help make the atmosphere more airy. The ceilings are also a beautiful architectural element specific to the building. The large windows bring in lots of natural light from two directions.
The kitchen is on the same floor as the living area. It occupies a long and narrow space which doesn’t offer too many options in terms of layout and decor. The use of neutral colors and wood elements once again pays off, giving the space a really refined and chic look.
Light is important in this case in the sense that it fills the main living areas and gives them a bright and open appearance but also in the sense that it can be filtered and regulated using folding walls and dividers in order to change the layout of the space and to provide different levels of privacy. It’s also important to mention here that the social areas are in fact multi-functional spaces.
This is an apartment that features a strong Nordic influence in the decor. The apartment is very bright and that’s mostly because of the white walls and the matching furniture. The apartment is very lovely and ebautiful. It has warm wooden floors throughout and underfloor heating, a particularity that makes any apartment of house radically more attractive.
